Returns & Exchanges
Australia
We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for a store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery. The store credit will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We do not refund any shipping fees.
Due to high demand we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive a store credit valid for 12 months which can be used storewide, online only.

We're so sorry you ended up with a piece that isn't top quality! This is certainly not what we expect our customers to receive. Please follow the below steps and we will get this sorted for you ASAP!
1. Email our Customer Service team via support@sanriniswim.com.au and lodge your item(s). Be sure you write "Faulty Item" as your heading.
2. Next, you will need to upload a picture of what you received in the email. This is just so we can get a proper sense of what’s gone on! Ensure it is a clear image of the parcel you received the items in with the item(s) received so that we can review this as part of our process.
From there we will issue a replacement or store credit depending on whether the item is in stock.
Shipping & Delivery
Our team asks for 1-7 business days to fulfill packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.
Please note, we do not fulfil orders over the weekend and any expedited order placed after 12:30pm AEST, will be fulfilled the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 1-10 business days for delivery. Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays.
Please note: We do not ship and/or deliver on weekends & some orders will require a signature. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to be dispatched.
* 2 Day Expedited/Overnight orders must be placed before 12:30pm AEST to be sent out within the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 12:30pm AEST will ship out on the following business day. Expedited orders are delivered Monday-Friday. There is no expedited option for weekend delivery.
International
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working hard to expand our services and hope to offer international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

We do not ship on weekends nor deliver on weekends or holidays. All expedited orders need to be placed before 12:30pm AEST to ship same day. If placed after 12:30pm AEST, the order will ship out the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:30pm, will ship Monday. Orders placed with 2-day shipping on Thursday before 12:30pm AEST, will arrive by end of day Monday and after 12:30pm AEST would arrive Tuesday. Orders placed with overnight delivery after 12:30pm AEST on Thursday, will arrive on Monday and before 12:30pm AEST would arrive Friday. Orders placed with 2-day shipping on Friday before 12:30pm, will arrive Tuesday and after 12:30pm AEST would arrive Wednesday. Orders placed with overnight delivery after 12:30pm AEST on Friday, will arrive on Tuesday and before 12:30pm AEST would arrive Monday.
Warranty & Repair
We’re so sorry you ended up with the wrong piece! This is certainly not the experience we expect our customers to have with us at San Rini Swim. Please follow the below steps and we will get this sorted for you ASAP!
1. Email our Customer Service team via support@sanriniswim.com.au and lodge your item(s). Be sure you write "Missing Items/Incorrect Order" as your heading.
2. You will need to upload photos of the item(s) you received, inclusive of the parcel you received them in. Please ensure the photos are clear so that we can review this as part of our process and make sure we get your correct pieces to you ASAP! It additionally helps us if you are able to include a picture of the photo card you received with your Order stating who packed it!
3. Please let us know when you've shipped your incorrect item(s) back. Once we have confirmation of this, we can get to work to send out your correct Order immediately!

Care & Sustainability
To ensure the long-lasting quality of your San Rini Swim pieces, we recommend following the below care instructions.
Hand wash in fresh cold water with a gentle cleanser as soon as possible after wearing.
Hang your pieces or lay them flat on a clean surface in the shade immediately after rinsing. Remember to make sure your swimwear is out of direct sunlight and away from any rough surfaces.
Wait until your swimwear pieces are completely dry before you store them away.
We encourage you to avoid machine washing your swimwear pieces with detergents and bleach as these are too strong for swimwear fabrics. Hand washing will ensure your San Rini Swim pieces retain their colour & shape. If you choose to use detergent to hand wash your San Rini Swim pieces, we suggest using a mild fragrance-free or a mild detergent specifically designed for swimwear fabrics.
Please note that exposure to sun cream, tanning lotion, and high levels of chlorine and magnesium can damage and/or discolour your swimwear pieces. Please also be cautious of rough surfaces, which can cause pulling and snagging.
