We are confident you’ll love your San Rini Swim pieces, however, if there are any issues with quality or a fault, we will resolve this quickly. To lodge a return for a store credit please email support@sanriniswim.com.au

All sales are final due to the closure of San Rini Swim. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other non-fault-related reason.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we will assist in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs when returning their item/s. Once your return has been lodged in our portal, you will receive an email directing you to pay for your return. This return label can then be printed and attached to your parcel for you to take to your nearest Australia Post drop off location. Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued. San Rini Swim is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.
